Post subject: Application missing creator and type info using codewarrior
Hi All,
I have a problem regarding the codewarrior 9 on mac OS X. I am using the IDE to build my application package. As per setting i am setting the ppc target settings so that my application executable show the type and creator info(say DKV1 and APPL resp). As i build the application package. I do get the application creator(DKV1) and type(APPL) in my pkginfo and info.plist files for the application but the same is not reflected in the Executable file(as seen using the resorecer 2.4 tool).
The same settings were used on CW8 and my creator and type information was reflecting in info.plist, pkginfo file and offcourse the my application executable(when view using the resorecer).
Can any one guide what seetings or steps do i need to get the info to be reflected in the executable

CW9 Media type - Hello, Is this normal that CW9 is provided on CD-R (green CD) instead of silver CD-ROM ? I ask that because CD-R can be more easily damaged that silver CD. David
